Common questions

What does “refurbished” mean?
These are business machines coming off corporate leases. We test, clean and check each one individually in Zürich, install the operating system and drivers, and pass it on with a Swiss warranty. It is not new — it is tested and guaranteed.
What condition are they in?
Cosmetic condition and battery condition are graded separately: A for very light wear, B for normal wear, C for visible marks. The grade is shown on every configuration, and the details are on each product page.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Functional defects and motherboard or component failures under normal use, for two years from delivery. The battery carries its own separate capacity guarantee. Details in AGB section 6.
Is a stylus included?
Only where it says so. A machine marked “Stylus included” ships with the pen in the box. Without that mark no pen is included, even on models whose screen accepts pen input.
