Our 2-year hardware warranty covers functional defects and motherboard/component failures under standard operating conditions. Exclusions apply to battery capacity (which is covered under special tier-based warranties), cosmetic wear, and user-inflicted damage. For details, see Section 6 of our AGB.

Try your hardware risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (free return shipping labels provided). To qualify for a 100% refund, the hardware must be in its original condition, complete with all accessories, and completely unlinked from personal user accounts (such as Apple ID, iCloud, or Microsoft Autopilot). We ship physical hardware orders across Switzerland and Liechtenstein with Swiss Post. Delivery options and any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Risk of transport loss or damage is fully covered by us until delivery. Read Section 4 of our AGB for details.
