Our 2-year hardware warranty covers functional defects and motherboard/component failures under standard operating conditions. Try your hardware risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund (free return shipping labels provided). To qualify for a 100% refund, the hardware must be in its original condition, complete with all accessories, and completely unlinked from personal user accounts (such as Apple ID, iCloud, or Microsoft Autopilot). We ship physical hardware orders across Switzerland and Liechtenstein using Swiss Post Priority (A-Post) services.
