We refurbish every device here in Switzerland. Buying refurbished means no new import, so the value stays in the Swiss economy instead of going to a factory overseas.
Refurbishing and Testing
Every device is tested and refurbished in Zürich and covered by a 2-year warranty (details on the warranty page). Our goals in this process:
Sanitization
To sanitize both digitally and physically. No data from previous use remains, and all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
Transparency
To gather every little detail from inside to outside so that you know exactly what you are getting.
Reliability
Make sure everything is working and catch possible problems early.
