What do A-Grade and B-Grade mean?

Two separate ratings. Cosmetic condition describes how the casing and screen look. Battery condition describes how much capacity the battery still holds. They are graded independently — an A-Grade machine can have a Fair battery, and a B-Grade machine can have an Excellent one.

Cosmetic Condition

A-Grade (Excellent): Very light, minor scuffs or scratches on outer casing. Clean; no pressure marks, deep scratches, or dead pixels.
B-Grade (Standard): Normal signs of wear. Light scratches, minor scuffs, or tiny dents on casing. Minor keyboard marks or light surface scratches (not visible when screen is turned on).

Battery Condition

Excellent > 90%: Near-new battery performance.
Good > 80%: Standard expected refurbished battery performance.
Fair > 60%: Moderate degradation; suitable for plugged-in or light mobile use.
Poor ≤ 60%: High degradation. (Note: Completely dead batteries are not sold).
